Online ticket purchase - all information

With our online ticket, you can buy cinema tickets that you can save directly to your mobile phone or wallet or print out yourself. This works until the start of the desired performance. Until then, you can also cancel your ticket yourself. You can pay online with a customer account or as a guest by credit card, with CINECITTA' Paycard or with PayPal. The online purchase in detail

Pay

Tickets can be purchased until the start of the screening (i.e. from the advert/trailer onwards). We offer CINECITTA' Paycard, Master and Visa cards or PayPal as payment options. The CINECITTA' Paycard can be topped up online (see www.cinecitta.de). You can pay at the ticket machines with your CINECITTA' Paycard or EC card.
Once you have purchased the ticket, please save it on your smartphone or print it out (serves as proof in the event of checks at the cinema). The online ticket will also be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not print it out, you can also keep the e-mail on your smartphone.

In the cinema

With the online ticket you can go directly to your seat in the cinema. If there are any discrepancies, please check whether you are in the right cinema on the right day. If you have booked a 3D film, you will find 3D glasses at your seat, which we will lend you. If these glasses are not available, you can get them at the nearest open popcorn counter or at the information desk. Please throw the glasses into the collection bin provided at the exit of the theatre after the performance.

Discounts

We look forward to making your visit to the cinema as stress-free as possible with our online ticketing service. Only book discounted tickets if you are authorised to do so (this applies in particular to the children's/youth fare up to the age of 15 - you can find more detailed information on this under Prices & Payment). We carry out checks. If you have purchased discounted tickets without being authorised to do so, we will treat this as fraudulent use. We will charge a processing fee of €35.00 per ticket. The same applies if you are in the cinema without a ticket or without proof of purchase.

When going to the cinema with children, please be sure to check the age ratings of the films, which are legally binding. You can find out about the FSK ratings here; the respective ratings can be found in the film descriptions.
