With our online ticketing system, you have the option of buying tickets for specific seats and saving the ticket to your mobile phone or wallet or printing it out at home. This is possible until the start of the screening. No more queuing at the cinema box office. Cancellations can also be made up until the start of the performance. Purchases can be made directly online (with a customer account or as a guest) by credit card, with the CINECITTA'-PAYCARD, via PayPal or by instant bank transfer.

- Select your desired film
- Select desired date & time
- Select your desired seats
- Pay for tickets online immediately
- of course you can also enter your voucher codes during the payment process
The online purchase in detail:
Tickets can be purchased until the start of the performance (start advertising/trailer). We offer the CINECITTA' PAYCARD, Master and Visa cards, PayPal or instant bank transfer as payment options. The CINECITTA' PAYCARD can be topped up online (see www.cinecitta.de). Payment with the CINECITTA' PAYCARD or EC card is possible at the ticket machines.
Once you have purchased the ticket, please save it on your smartphone or print it out (serves as proof in the event of checks at the cinema). The online ticket will also be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not print it out, you can also keep the e-mail on your smartphone.
With the online ticket you can go directly to your seat in the cinema. If there are any discrepancies, please check whether you are in the right cinema on the right day. If you have booked a 3D film, you will find 3D glasses on your seat, which we will lend you. If these glasses are not provided, you can get them at the nearest open popcorn counter or at the information desk. Please throw the glasses into the glasses bags provided at the exit of the theatre after the performance.
One more note:
We do our best to ensure that your visit to the cinema is as stress-free as possible with our online ticketing service. Please only select discounted tickets if you are authorised to do so (this applies in particular to the children's/youth tariff up to the age of 15 - you can find more detailed information on this in our price overview). Please note that we do carry out checks.
If you have purchased reduced-price tickets without being authorised to do so, we will treat this as fraudulent use. We will charge a processing fee of €35.00 per ticket. The same applies if you are in the cinema without a ticket or without proof of purchase.
When visiting the cinema with children, please also pay attention to the age ratings of the films, which are legally binding. You can find out about the FSK ratings here; the respective ratings can be found in the film descriptions.
